“Fall Landscapes”
3rd-grade students learned about perspective, foreground, middle ground, background, and multimedia compositions. Students created their fall landscape scenes using sharpies, filling the land with oil pastels, painting the skies with tempera paint, and adding leaves with tissue paper.
“Complementary Mugs”
3rd-grade students learned about the perspective of objects and reviewed complementary colors. Students created “hot cocoa mugs” using soft pastels and pairing colors that complement each other.
